Youth Scholarships

LEAP Forward, Inc. administers the Wallace Leeper Memorial Scholarship to offset the soaring costs of college expenses.  The scholarship is given in memory of an outstanding high school counselor who cared. Generally, book scholarships are offered for one semester.  The average cost of one book ranges from $50 –$100.  Additionally, special consideration is given to other financial concerns that may result in scholarships for tuition and grants to fund college application fees, exam fees, etc.  Scholarships are based on financial need, academic performance and goals.  Previous scholarship recipients aspired to great heights! Application process is closed for 2007.
